3. Products and Pricing
- 3.1. Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice.
- 3.2. Product Availability: All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order or reject all or part of an order without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- 4.1. Age and ID Verification: All orders require the recipient to be present at the time of delivery with a valid ID that proves their age. If the recipient is not available, cannot produce a valid ID, or the ID indicates they do not meet the age requirement, the order will be re-routed back to the store at the following address: 813 N. Locust St., Ste. 103, Denton, TX 76201.
- 4.2. Re-routed Orders: If an order is re-routed to the store, the customer has the option to:
- 4.2.1. Schedule a re-delivery for a specified fee. This fee must be paid in full before the re-delivery can be dispatched.
- 4.2.2. Pickup the order via curbside, ensuring they have a valid ID meeting the age requirement.
- 4.2.3. Cancel the order. If the customer chooses to cancel for the first time, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to the refund. Any subsequent cancellations will incur a 35% restocking fee.
- 4.3. Delivery Time: We strive to deliver every order in less than 30 minutes. However, this is a goal and not a guarantee. Factors such as order volume, traffic conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays.
- 4.4. Liability for Injuries or Damages: If a delivery driver is injured during a delivery due to the negligence or inaction of a customer, the customer will be liable for any damages. Delta 8 Denton, its parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be held liable for any damages incurred to a customer’s property due to their negligence or inaction.
- 4.5. Non-refundable Fees: Regardless of order adjustments, cancellations, or changes to curbside pickup, delivery fees and tips are non-refundable.
- 4.6. Additional Shipping Costs: Any additional shipping costs incurred due to recipient’s absence during delivery, lack of valid ID, or incorrect age details will be the responsibility of the customer.
- 4.7. Unforeseen Delays: Delta 8 Denton is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Disclaimer on Products and Effects
- 5.1. FDA Review and Safety: The products offered by Delta 8 Denton and any statements made about them on Delta8Denton.com have not been evaluated or reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). None of our products are represented or considered “safe” or non-addictive.
